Our Rating

David Sarnacki enjoys the highest possible peer-review rating awarded to attorneys for legal ability and ethical standards (the "AV" rating). This rating is a significant accomplishment and reflects a reputation among the legal community for the highest level of professional excellence.

For over 130 years, Martindale-Hubbell has been the most respected source of authoritative and dependable information about the legal community. It is the facilitator of a peer-review process that rates lawyers. Ratings reflect the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and Judiciary. Martindale-Hubbell ratings fall into two categories-legal ability and general ethical standards.

Legal Ability Ratings* are: C-Good to High; B-High to Very High; and A-Very High to Preeminent. There is one general ethical standard rating-"V" or "Very High"-and an attorney must receive it in order to be rated.
